If you’ve got a worry that a mate or family member’s nasty mood is due to something that you did, or that your work mates are anonymously gossiping about you when you turn your back, speak out and ask them.

Do not waste time troubling that you made a mistake unless you have explanation that there’s something to fret about. Four.
